COUNTERS OF ACTIVE ELECTRIC ENERGY SINGLE-PHASE ELECTRONIC СЭА11
SEA11 - single-phase static energy meters, are direct-on counters and are designed for measuring active energy in single-phase two-wire AC circuits directly in kWh. Can be used as an energy increment sensor in the automated system for monitoring and accounting of electric power (AMR) and power telemetry.

Application area

Normative provision
The meters have been developed, prepared and put into serial production in accordance with the requirements of GOST R 52320 - 2005 (IEC 62052 - 11: 2003), GOST R 52322 - 2005 (IEC 62053 - 21: 2003), GOST 22261 - 94, safety requirements established by GOST R 51350-99 (IEC 61010-190), are in accordance with the specifications of IZHSK. 411152.004 TU, and included in the State Register of Measuring Instruments of Russia for No. 22986-06 and CIS countries: Republic of Kazakhstan for No. KZ .02.3.00241-2003 / 22986-02, Republic of Belarus for RB number. 03.13.1891.03, the Republic of Ukraine for the number 22986-02.
Features
Are executed on the basis of a specialized microcircuit of ADC on technology of surface mounting.
They have high technological reserves according to the accuracy class.
Resistant to the influence of a constant component in an alternating current network.
Resistant to mechanical and climatic influences.
Resistant to failures and short interruptions of mains supply voltage.
They meet the requirements for electromagnetic compatibility products.
Protected from self-propulsion and the effects of external permanent and alternating magnetic and electromagnetic fields.
They have a pulse telemetric output and a light indicator, in which the functions of indicating the presence of voltage in the network and the magnitude of the load of the consumer are combined.
Reliability Features
The average operating time to failure is 140,000 hours.
Average service life is 30 years.
The warranty period (including storage and operation) is 5 years.
Calibration interval - 16 years.
Design
Structurally, the counters are made in a plastic housing providing a degree of protection against the ingress of dust and water IP51, in which a counter unit is arranged, consisting of a terminal block with a measuring current sensor, a printed circuit board with surface and volumetric mounting of radio components and a reading device. A socket with clamps for connecting the meter to the network and telemetric outputs is closed with a sealed cover. The casing of the meters is sealed by the manufacturer's factory inspection and state verifier.
The two-rate counter has two reporting devices. Switching of summing devices of a two-rate counter into an active and passive state is made by an external signal from any tariff-takers providing a control voltage supply of the required value.
