COUNTERS OF ACTIVE ELECTRIC ENERGY SINGLE-PHASE ELECTRONIC MULTI-TARIFF SEA102
They are designed for measuring active electric energy in single-phase two-wire AC circuits at one or several tariffs (up to 8), and also for transmitting on the communication lines informative data for automated systems for monitoring and accounting of energy consumption (ASKUE).

Functional provision
Counters provide the following functions:
- multi-tariff accounting of active energy consumption (up to 8 tariffs, up to 8 time zones) with the possibility of setting preferential tariffs for weekends and holidays;
- output of measured electricity for each tariff, time, date, average active power consumption;
- daily and monthly fixation of energy consumption for all tariffs and storage until the next record;
- calculation of half-hour active power and registration of daily schedules of half-hour capacity for 64 days;
- registration of maxima and minima of half-hour capacity at tariffs;
- fixing the excess of the declared capacity;
- fixing of power network shutdowns;
- fixing corrections to the memory of the counter;
- information exchange with external data processing devices (PC, etc.);
- fixing attempts to unauthorized access to the memory of the counter using the wrong password.
They have two housing versions: small-sized and for mounting on DIN-rail.
Provide data storage of recorded energy, power, event log records, as well as other data in nonvolatile memory.
They have a pulse output device with galvanic isolation for verification and transmission of telemetric information to centralized data collection systems, as well as a functioning indicator light.
For the organization of multi-rate energy accounting, as well as other functions, an internal real-time timer is available, the continuity of which is provided by a backup power source (lithium battery) when the power is disconnected.
Depending on the type of execution, one of the interfaces for data exchange with external devices RS232 or RS485, designed for programming the parameters of accounting and reading data from the memory of the meters. The data stored in the counter memory is protected by hardware and software from unauthorized changes through data exchange interfaces.
To display information, the display is applied on an 8-digit liquid crystal display (LCD) with an extended operating temperature range.
