PJSC "SIGNAL"Description
Normative provision
ABO complies with the technical specifications of IZHK.648342.001TU "Automatic light switches" and mandatory requirements established by GOST R 513224.2.1-99. Degree of protection for the operational panel of the electronic unit ABO-IP30; for remote sensor - IP54.
QF1, QF2 - the circuit breakers comply with GOST R 50345.
Features
Operated by unqualified personnel and have a design consisting of an electronic unit and remote sensor that do not require technical and maintenance repair.
Reliability Features
Average service life is 10 years.
Warranty period - 2 years.
Design
The ABO consists of an electronic unit and a remote sensor with a connecting cable. The electronic unit includes two single-pole switches, one of which is controlled by lighting in manual mode, the other - in automatic, connected to the module, in which the printed circuit board of the electronic control circuit is placed. On the operational panel of the electronic unit are placed: a handle of a variable resistor for setting the threshold, a switch for selecting the transition time to an economical lighting mode and an indicator of the operating modes.
Work principles
The operation of the light switch in automatic mode is based on a change in the amount of current flowing through the photoresistor of the sensor, depending on the natural illumination. With the onset of twilight, the resistance of the photoresistor increases, the current decreases, and when a certain value is reached, the controller sends a signal to turn on the power supply of the light bulbs. With increasing illumination, the resistance of the photoresistor decreases, which leads to the switching off of the illumination lamps. Lighting control in manual mode is carried out by the manual control switch, and the automatic control switch must be switched off (in position "0"). In the automatic lighting control mode, the manual control switch must be off (in the "0" position), and the automatic light control switch is in the on position (in the "I" position).
