Caterpillar gradelist Onegerz 350 is an aggregate consisting of a base tractor and a four-wheel semi-trailer hinged to it with a platform and racks.
The machine is designed for collection, loading, transportation and unloading of assortments when moving them from the cutting area to the intermediate storage, as well as performing sorting operations by species and lengths during loading, unloading and storage of assortments. The machine is used year-round on felling of main and intermediate use mainly on logging areas with rough terrain, drained soils, soils with low bearing capacity and deep snow virgin soil.
The machine is equipped with a new cab, a reinforced frame, an off-road system with a wider caterpillar and planetary bevel gears with larger-diameter driving wheels closer to the bearing surface.
Changes made in the running system made it possible to increase the length and width of the tractor's support surface, which leads to a sharp increase in the tractor's patency on soils with low bearing capacity and with a deep snow cover, and to an increase in lateral stability of the machine. The links of the caterpillars of increased width provide low soil damage during the tractor turns, which reduces the harmful effect on forest soils.
The hydrostatic transmission (GTS) consists of a LINDA regulated pump mounted on the engine and an adjustable LINDA motor mounted on the rear axle assembly.
The use of a reinforced frame allows to increase the reliability of the machine. The average life before the first major overhaul is 10,000 m.
The cabin is single, protective, vibro-noise isolated, equipped with systems for normalizing the microclimate, with improved visibility. Seat - adjustable, full-turn. The use of powerful headlights installed along the perimeter of the roof of the cabin and illuminating the entire working area allows the tractor to be used around the clock.
The machine provides for the installation of engines of Russian manufacturers and foreign firms.
It is possible to install manipulators of the manufacturing plants of the Solumbala Machine-Building Plant, JSC Velmash, Loglift, Cranab, Foresteri with manual or cable control
