Description

This year ZALA auto technical engineers have created the first all-weather autonomous residential unit on the basis of the marine 20-foot container. It is designed for independent living operators, as well as for the management of maintenance systems with UAVs in place of their operation.

The main advantage of the container is completely independent life-support system from external power sources: the complex is equipped with all necessary appliances and equipment.

Benefits:

- Rapid deployment of complex

- Easy transportation to a predetermined place, even in remote areas (achieved by a small weight and standard container sizes)

- independent heating and air conditioning system

- Several power systems that improve the overall reliability and autonomy of the complex:

• an autonomous power supply system using a battery with a total capacity of more than 1000 A / h;

• wind generator installation (2 kW);

• Solar kit (1 kW).

- The automated power management system

- Built-in LED lighting

- Equipped working area including a location to support complex operability UAV

- leisure area with kitchen (refrigerator, microwave oven) and the bunks.

The steel outer shell and the inner insulation special thermosetting plastic container ensure its smooth operation both at very low and at very high temperatures. Thought-out concept of the internal space of the housing of the module makes it as comfortable for living even in the harshest weather and environmental conditions.
