RPB fuse disconnectors
The RPB series switch disconnectors (RPB32, RPB34, RPB36) are designed to pass alternating
current with a nominal voltage of 380 V at a nominal frequency of 50 Hz, RPB32 - to a current of
250 A, RPB34 - to a current of 400 A, RPB36 - to a current of 630 A in electric power distribution
devices for non-automatic switching of electrical circuits. 22858575 22852950 (`` @ `` `` `` `` ``
266 263 5 110183775 110178150 Disconnectors of the RPB series comply with GOST R 50030.3-
99, GOST R 50030.1-2000. Delivered (on request) with interrupter chambers. The disconnectors
are designed to install fuses of type PN2 for the corresponding current. Structurally made on a
getinax basis.

JSC SozvezdieDescription
Specifications:
1 The drive mechanism of the switches has sufficient strength and reliability to indicate an open
state.
2 The terminals of the disconnectors allow the connection of wires using cable lugs or without
them.
3 The terminals of the disconnectors provide the connection to them of both copper and aluminum
wires, cables and busbars. Maximum number and cross-section of connecting wires: 120 mm2 (for
RPB32); 2x120 mm2 (for RPB34); 4x120 mm2 (for RPB36).
4 The force dynamically applied to the handle of the manual drive during switching operation does
not exceed 176.4 N (18.0 kgf) for RPB32; 264.6 N (27.0 kgf) for RPB34; 313 N (32 kgf) for
RPB36.
5 Disconnectors have a fixed position of the movable contacts in the on and off positions,
excluding spontaneous switching on, off or switching.
6 Contact connections of switches correspond to GOST 10434
7 The mass of disconnectors is:
- 8 kg for RPB34;
- 6 kg for RPB32;
-11kg for RPB36.
8 The leakage current between each terminal and the housing does not exceed:
-0.5 mA per pole for devices of the AC-20V category (without arcing chambers);
-2 mA per pole for devices of the AC-21V category (with arcing chambers).
9 The established uptime of disconnectors is at least 18,000 hours.
10 Galvanic coatings are made in accordance with GOST 9.301.
