The washing-disinfecting machine "PSKOVA" for disinfection of a high level of flexible endoscopes
The washing and disinfecting machine for disinfection of a high level of flexible Pskov endoscopes according to TU 32.50.12-008-8362058-2017 (hereinafter - MDM), is intended for the automatic
implementation of the processes of final washing and disinfection of flexible endoscopes. MDM can be used in endoscopic rooms of medical and preventive institutions of any profile.

The product provides the ability to process the main types of flexible endoscopes simultaneously in
the amount of one copy.
The product, after installing an endoscope in it and turning it on, provides an automatic endoscope
processing cycle consisting of:
• carrying out the stage of final washing of the endoscope, both external surfaces and internal
channels;
• carrying out the disinfection phase with a high-level disinfectant;
• carrying out single or multiple stages of rinsing after disinfection;
• the stage of removal of water from the canals.
The processing chamber cover lock system (hereinafter referred to as the camera cover) of the
product provides:
a) the inability to open the lid of the chamber of the product after the start of the processing cycle
and during its implementation;
b) automatic unlocking and ensuring free opening of the product chamber lid after the end of the
processing cycle.
In case of emergency situations during the endoscopes processing cycle, the process is interrupted
and information about the failure is displayed to the user.
After starting the endoscope processing program, the endoscope should begin checking for leaks
and which will be completed within no more than 1 minute.
When circulating disinfectant and flushing solutions necessary for the implementation of the
treatment cycle, free drainage of the chamber is ensured.
The loading chamber of the product, after loading the endoscope and closing the lid of the camera,
ensures the inability to penetrate outward of disinfecting and washing solutions.
The product maintains the set temperature in the disinfectant tank during processing cycles within
plus (25 ± 2) ° C.
Reagent dosing systems should provide:
• dosing of the washing solution at a rate of 5 ml / s ± 5%;
• dosing of alcohol at a rate of 5 ml / s ± 5%;
• dosing of the disinfectant into the endoscope processing chamber from the tank in a volume of 7.5
to 8.5 l;
• the operation of the liquid level sensor in the MDM processing chamber should occur when the
liquid enters the processing chamber in a volume of (7.3 ± 0.4) l.
The drying system removes water from the channels of the endoscope.
The product provides effective processing of endoscopes and self-disinfection.
The control system unit with predefined work programs (hereinafter - the control unit) has at least
five installed work programs and the possibility of their correction by the user.
The control unit has the ability to switch to manual control of individual stages of the processing
process by entering a special code.
At the end of the processing cycle, the product issues a printed document (check), which indicates:
• identification number of the responsible employee;
• date and time of processing at each stage and in general;
• endoscope identification number;
• processing result.
During the endoscope processing cycle, the control unit displays information on the time intervals
of the implemented work program.
The product has built-in software that provides the following functions:
• automation of the processing of endoscopes;
• fixing the number of cycles for processing endoscopes;
• programming the time parameters of the processing cycle;
• start of each stage of processing, in particular, forced discharge of liquids (detergent, disinfectant,
water) in manual mode;
• setting up processing of various models of endoscopes.
The product is connected to the water supply system through an integrated antibacterial filter.
The design of the filter housing provides a convenient replacement of the filter element.
The quality of the incoming water should correspond to the quality of drinking water according to
GOST R 51232
The product is connected to a single-phase alternating current network with a rated voltage of 220 V
and a frequency of 50 Hz and maintains its operability under fluctuations of the mains voltage (220
± 22) V.
The product consumes from the network a power of not more than 1.5 kV · A.
The product retains its operability when operating in conditionally continuous operation for 12
hours.
For ease of transportation to the installation site for installation, the product has four wheels with a
diameter of (60 ± 3) mm and a rim width (20 ± 2) mm.
