Characteristics:
The rack is a metal frame in the form of a cart with shelves and rear doors on four wheels.
Coating the metal parts of the product - powder paint RAL7035 light gray, resistant to repeated
cleaning and disinfection cycles.
Shelves for placing apparatuses and devices - 4 pcs., Including - the upper shelf 500 mm wide and
490 mm deep - 1 pc. and the main shelf with a width of 500mm and a depth of 575mm - 3 pcs.
The carrying capacity of each shelf is up to 50 kg.
Fastening of shelves - with M6 bolts to four steel nuts, located in the grooves of aluminum profiles,
it is possible to quickly rearrange the shelves with a pitch of 32 mm in height.
Keyboard drawer with a height of 45 mm, drawer for documentation and tools with a height of 90
mm - the drawers are equipped with ball guides with a bearing capacity of up to 30 kg and locks,
the maximum permissible load for each drawer is 10 kg.
Wheels - four double roller wheels, two of them (front) with a brake mechanism for fixing the
position of the product and preventing a turn.
An angle-adjustable bracket designed to mount a monitor with a diagonal of 10-24 inches, with a
maximum payload of 8.5 kg, is mounted on the top shelf.
Keyless quick-release rear doors.
Retractable bar with holders for flexible tools - mounted on the left or right with fastening by
holders for two shelves.
5L bottle holder with argon or with СО2, mounted on the right side, with fastening by holders for
the shelf and for the drawer guide, cylinder type - “5L GOST 949-73 medical cylinder for argon
medical unit, grade 5.5 (99.9995%).
The rack has a front handle for quick and convenient movement of the product.
The power cord is flexible, with double insulation, 5 m long, organizers for winding the power cord
located at the back, at the bottom of the product.
A power supply unit for devices with 6 Euro outlets with an additional ground terminal for each
outlet for connecting medical equipment to a 220V, 50 Hz network via a 2000 VA isolation
transformer.
The rack has an integrated IT medical system in accordance with GOST R 50571.28-2007 (IEC
60364-7-710: 2001), which provides continuous monitoring with an integrated LED transformer
with LED and audible indication of the following parameters:
- insulation (leakage current);
- overheating of the isolation transformer;
- excess current consumption maximum permissible load current.
The control system and continuous monitoring of the rack has the ability to turn off the sound signal
for the current accident using the "Alarm Reset" button on the control panel.
The rack has a built-in control panel with LED indicators:
- “Norm” of green color - indication of normal operation when power is applied;
- “Failure insulation violation” yellow - indication of insulation failure;
- “Failure insulation violation” yellow - indication of insulation failure;
- "Overload / overheat alarm" yellow - indication of an accident during overheating
isolation transformer or exceeding the maximum permissible load current.
