The product identification system "MSR-ASI"
The unified automated system of identification and electronic product passports (hereinafter referred to as “ASI”), developed by the Design Bureau of Experimental Works, is designed to
ensure coordination and control of decisions made in the interest of improving the quality of products and the speed of fulfillment of warranty obligations by manufacturing enterprises.
Part number:
Supplier:
JSC SozvezdieDescription
The system’s task is to unify labeling, create a unified database of products manufactured by Russian manufacturing enterprises, which makes it possible to uniquely identify the manufacturer, as well as process messages about defects that occur in products. Product data may include an instance of it.
A feature of the system is the ability to label products within the framework of cooperation between enterprises, without disclosing cooperation. To obtain information about the manufacturer, access to
a database containing a combination of identifier and manufacturer is required. Without access to this database, using a unique identifier, it is possible to establish only the parent company or the coding center.
The principle of the system is to assign a unique identifier to products and their subsequent labeling with storing this information in a database in the form of electronic passports. The system is a hierarchical structure, with a central aggregation server, which collects information about all products manufactured at enterprises.
Product marking is carried out by applying an image of a machine-readable two-dimensional bar code (DataMatrix) on each product of the enterprise and the accompanying documentation for it.
The rules for the formation of a unique product identifier are fully consistent with GOST RV 0099-002-2012. The marking technologies used fully comply with GOST RV 0099-004-2012.
The system is built on Web technology, which allows you to organize cross-platform jobs, including using specialized terminals. The software is completely Russian. The server part is made on the Linux platform and can function, including on the Elbrus platform.
To ensure the work of mobile personnel, it is possible to obtain open data from an electronic passport of a product from a database server when reading a bar code using a mobile application for Android and iOS platforms.
The database is formed both in open and in closed circuits, depending on customer requirements.
The protection of the transmitted data between servers and mobile subscribers is enhanced by the use of a trusted FSF channel of MegaFon OJSC, which does not have Internet access and without
traffic outside the Russian Federation.
