RPC "Istok" has built a pilot line for industrial production of microwave monolithic integrated circuits and transistors based on GaAs designed for application in transcieving submodules of active phased arrays in airborne and ground-based radars, ECM systems warfare and other telecommunications radioelectronic equipment of industrial and special purpose.
