The devices solve the problem of increasing radar potential at the expense of using the mode of high pulse repetition frequency in coherent radars, combining radar protection functions from microwave overloads and amplifying the received signals with a low level of inserted noise. Foreign analogs are not available.

There have been developed:
27 types of electrostatic amplifiers (ESA);
10 types of electrostatic combined amplifiers (ESCA);
6 types of cyclotron protection units (CPU);
12 types of low-noise amplifiers with cyclotron protection units (CPCU).

About 15 thousand of devices have been produced
