COMPLEX MICROWAVE PRODUCTS BASED ON ELECTROVACUUM DEVICES
The new original direction of microwave complex products (microwave CP) created in RPC "Istok" allowed to:
decrease dramatically weight- size characteristics of microwave part of radar transmitters;
simultaneously significantly increase the number of performed functions (generation, amplification, switch-over, conversion of the formed signals);
optimize the operating modes of devices included into CP;
increase the operational reliability of electronic systems;
decrease the requirements to power supply stability

In the recent years the main customers of radioelectronic equipment are more intensively moving from ordering a separate vacuum microwave device to ordering a complete complex product consisting of:
transmitter (power supply, modulator, solid-state preamplifier);
transceivers (multichannel receiver, output microwave device, driving solid-state oscillator);
multichannel receivers, frequency synthesizers, etc.
The CP development at one enterprise allows to optimize its parameters while solving the problems of significant decreasing weight-size dimensions and total coordination on the whole which finally provides higher performance characteristics of equipment.
