DEVICE AND PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION
The installation is a laboratory Cabinet, in the working area of which the baths of gilding and washing
are installed.
The unit has two gilding baths, one of the baths is equipped with a device for mixing the solution.
Gilding baths are installed in the heating bath to maintain a constant operating temperature of the
solution of 25°±5°C.
Three collectors are installed for washing the substrates after deposition. Deposition and washing baths
are made of vinyl plastic. All baths are removable. Spent solutions are subject to delivery.
After the end of the work all baths are closed lids.
The deposition and washing time is regulated by the technological process.
A strong exhaust ventilation bell is installed above the working baths.
The table top of the installation is made of textolite.
The installation doors must be closed during operation. The processing process is observed through the
Windows of the doors.
The electrical installation is located above the working area.
