Designation
The main challenge in the processing of secondary metals is the most complete recovery of valuable components of ferrous and non-ferrous metal scrap used for recycling production.

The specific character of this problem is to divide material flow into 4 fractions:

Ferrous metals;
Non-ferrous metals;
Dirt and sand (screenings);
Other waste.
Installation
When designing lines of magnetic separation VMS-1 and VMS-2 the need for their easy assembly/ disassembly and truck logistics are considered.

Specifications
VMS-1 line includes:

Vibrating feeder providing free discharge of material (volume - 5m3);
Vibrating screen for fraction screening (it is possible to produce vibrating table, ensuring mono-layer product supply);
Inclined conveyor with integrated pulley magnetic separator (guard magnets) of KSMB series providing separation of small-size magnetic fraction;
Outfeed conveyor ensuring the material transportation to accumulation points;
Overband magnetic separator (guard magnets) with automatic cleaning of SMPA series, providing extraction of large magnetic inclusions;
Separator of SMVT series for recovery of conductive non-ferrous metals (copper, aluminum) providing separation of saleable non-ferrous metal scraps, as well as higher yield of non-ferrous metals in separated material;
Outfeed conveyor ensuring material transportation of material to accumulation points;
Receiving bin;
Control Panel. Designing and manufacturing of lines with capacity from 10 to 200 t/h is possible.
