Units with rotary drums (furnaces, driers, coolers) can be delivered as various material options, of carbon or corrosion-resistant and heat-resistant steel, with left or right drive, with drum inclination 00 to 40, of various configuration.

Drying units with rotary drums (driers)
Designed for thermal treatment of various fire-and explosion-proof, non-toxic, granular products, and fluid products (for driers of type БГ) in production facilities of the chemical industry and other sectors.
Driers can be made of the following types:
• general-purpose driers (БН)
• granulator driers (БГ)
To meet the requirements of the production process and drier layout, driers can have:
• direct-flow and reverse-flow design;
• nozzles with blades, sectors or blade-sector;
• with and without feed and discharge chambers; Operation is continuous.

Furnaces for chemical production with general-purpose rotary drums
Furnaces are designed to temper granular explosion-proof materials; they are used in ferrous and non-ferrous metallurgy, mining, and the manufacture of construction materials. Furnaces can be direct-flow (M) and reverse-flow (T). Furnaces with drum diameter 1 – 2.2 m, and a 8 – 22 m long drum can have 2 options: direct-flow, furnaces with drum diameter 2.2 m, 25 m and 35 m long; and furnaces with diameter 2.5 m and greater —reverse-flow only. Operation is continuous, rotated by a dedicated drive.

Coolers
Designed for cooling granular, explosion-proof materials. Depending on the method to cool material in the drum, general-purpose coolers are divided into classes of air-cooled coolers and water-cooled coolers. Coolers with drum diameter 1 – 2.2 m, drum length 8 – 20 m have 2 design options: air or water cooling; coolers with drum diameter 2.2 m, drum length 25 m, and those with drum diameter 2.5 – 3 m can be water-cooled only. Rotation is by dedicated drive.
