They are suitable for industrial production and also used in researches. Oil sealed vacuum pumps may be used for creation of rough and medium vacuum or as the fore vacuum pump in combination with roots blower or with high vacuum pump. There are one or two stage pumps. Ultimate total pressure depending on pump model is achieved from 0,5 mbar to 5·10-5 mbar.

Vacuum pump-compressor VNK-2 is designed for pumping down air, chemically inert gases which are not condense and effect on the construction materials and operating fluid. Pump down process runs in the range of pressures from atmospheric to total ultimate. The value of pumped and discharge volume not more than 2 m3.

It’s a single block assembled on center post on the one side of which is mounted motor and the other side includes pump-compressor.

When the gas is pumped down from enclosed volume pump-compressor works in a vacuum pump mode and while discharging it works in compressor mode with open inlet nipple.
