Description

Automatically provides:

Synchronous acquisition of the ECG in 12 common leads and integral rheogram of the human body (IRHB) by M.I. Tishchenko from only 10 electrodes, that are usually applied for ECG analysis;
Real time monitoring of all the received data and results of analysis on the computer display;
High accuracy measurement of amplitude-time parameters of ECG and IRHB;
Construction of cardiogram, rhythmogram, scattergram, histogram;
Calculation of static characteristics of cardio rhythm;
Spectral analysis of the heart rhythm;
Examination of ECG on effort;
Calculation of parameters of central circulatory dynamics on IRHB;
Examination of blood supply to extremites by rheovasography method;
Recording of received ECG and IRHB and examination results to the data base;
Documenting of received ECG, IRHB and examination results on printer;
Transfer of examination results via phone lines for carrying out of teleconsultations.
Automatically produces:

Conclusions of the ECG interpretation;
Conclusions on the type of a vegetative rhythm regulation;
Conclusion on blood circulation type.
The set of equipment

Portable intellectual device for reception of information (DRI).
Set of leading wires and electrodes for ECG recording and set of leading wires and electrodes for simultaneous recording of ECG and IRHB.
Cable for DRI connection to the computer.
IBM-compatible computer with installed software for cardiovascular examination of adults and/or children.
Printer.
Advantages of the Cardiometer

High reliability of automatic reading of ECG, confirmed by many tests and trials and by customers' responses (a doctor totally agrees with the computer-based conclusion in 80-95% of the examinations depending on the patient contingent).
Registration of ECG and IRHB for examination of the electrical and pumping functions of the heart is realized from the same electrodes without necessity to change them.
Availability of special software for examination of children with its own specific language for conclusions.
Portability and power possibility from a computer, including from the Notebook batteries, which makes the instrument convenient for work not only in hospitals, but also for ambulances, for operation in distant regions, during visits to enterprises for screening of their employees.
High level of suppression of common-mode interference, which provides reliable reception and high quality of ECG recording.
Wide dynamic range of input signals of the CARDIOMETER allows carrying out examinations not only at rest, but also at various physical activities.
Built-in automatic system for control of instrument's operability and electrodes placing provides reliability of each recorded ECG and shortens examination time.
Module structure of hardware and software means facilities instrument's arrangement in accordance with the customer's request and its upgrade in case of necessity.
