Automated portable complex of the chief of ship's medical service (KNMC-01) “ZNAKHAR”
Technical characteristics and parameters of the complex when registering and processing electro diagram (ECG) are corresponding to the best domestic and foreign samples. The complex is operable in the Navy concerning the electromagnetic compatibility and resistance to mechanical and climatic factors.
The complex meets the requirements for electro security from standards GOST P 50267.0, GOST P 50627.25 and GOST P MEK 601-1-1 for articles of BF type, class I.

The purpose and range of application
The complex is designed for informational support of the ship's medical specialist during his work for organization of the service, monitoring state of health of officers and personnel, diagnosis and treatment of diseases, including in the coastal hospital.
The complex provides:
informational support of the ship's medical specialist when diagnosing and rendering medical care in acute cases, and also when treating diseases of the personnel;
periodical control of the main physical functions and overall assessment of the functional state of health of the crew members;
database support concerning the state of health of each crew member;
maintenance of the ship's medical service documentation and storage of the standard forms in electronic format.
Functionally the complex provides:
documents circulation on the basis of standard documents forms of the medical service in the short-range sea ship;
forming the certificates about symptomatology, differential diagnosis, examination plan and methods of treating the patient during his service on the ship;
analysis of variability of cardiac rhythm on 1-12 leads;
automatic processing of the ECG on 12 commonly used leads;
displaying the ECG results on the monitor and their documentation with help of printer;
operations with the archive;
automatic control of serviceability of hardware equipment with detection of defective parts;
diagnosis information transmission via the ship's communication facilities for organization of remote consultations (stipulated when making order).

Documents
The mode is designed for supporting of the data base documentation of the chief of ship's medical service. Supporting software includes the data base “Documents”, and user’s interface, which provides searching and exporting the documents to MS Word, where they can be changed. Standard documents of the ship's medical service are inputted into the data base (stipulated when making order).
Crew
The mode is designed for registration of the personnel data, carrying out the assessment of the functional state of health and cardiovascular system examination of registered crew members, together with archiving of examination results.
Emergency care
When operating in this mode the complex provides informational support to the medical specialists during diagnosis and rendering medical care on board of the ship in non-acute cases and diseases.
Pain in the stomach
The complex in this mode allows preparing the preliminary assumption when there is a suspicion for the acute diseases of the abdominal cavity organs or their diseases, which are accompanied with pains in the stomach and (or) vomit.
Prognosis
In this mode the complex allows forecasting the decrease of crew's operational capability under effect of overheating microclimate, worsening of composition of the gas-air environment and rough sea.
Additional
A possibility of usage of supplement software by option of Customer id also provided for forecasting the decrease of crew's operational capability on various types of ships.
