The system is designed for automatic metering of spirit, distillate, vodka and alcohol-water mixtures (hereinafter the measured medium) in the process of their production, shipment and receiving (including bottling lines) as well as for data generation and transfer to the state integrated automatic registration system of volume production and sales of ethyl alcohol and alcohol-containing products (ЕГАИС).

The system is registered in the State Register of Measuring Instruments (registration number is ? 65067–16) and has Certificate of Conformity ТР ТС 012/2011 ?ТС RU C-RU.МЮ62.В.04180 “On the Safety of Equipment for Operation in Explosive Environment”.

The system complies with the technical requirements approved by order No.74 dated 24.03.15 issued by Federal Service for Alcohol Market Regulation.

The system consists of special-purpose computer CB-3-5, communication controller KC, helicoid flow rate transducer ТПРГ for medium volume measurement, optical alcoholmeter "ИКОНЭТ?ВС?П" or a density meter-alcoholmeter ПЛОТ?3С-М-Ц for measurement of ethyl alcohol volume concentration in the measured medium, a platinum resistance thermal converter with nominal static characteristic 100P for the medium temperature measurement, multi-purpose bottle counter УСБ 5 or control module of production registration УМУП for counting of bottles quantity passed through the counter control zone.

By the customer's request the system can be delivered without the bottle counter and(or) the KC communication controller.
