Chains for offshore oil and gas platforms are a constituent part of the anchor-mooring system and are designed to position the platform on the shelf. Much stricter requirements are imposed to offshore chains, both for the strength characteristics and for the service life, the resistance to the influence of external factors, including the operating environment influence on the service life.

In 2006, our company developed technical documentation and set up chain production of grades R3, R3S, R4, R4S, R5.
