The technology of controlled formation of nanosubstructures in a material enables creating a fine-grained nanoscale homogeneous structure in a metal, which makes it possible to obtain improved characteristics of springs:

• Increase of relaxation resistance during the process of maintance;
• Increase of the loading capacity of springs;

• Increase of geometric accuracy of springs;
• Stricter tolerances for the geometric parameters of springs (length in free and loaded state, gap stability).
• The stable pitch of the spring eliminates the collision of the coils during operation, adittionally it provides a more stable stiffness throughout the entire working stroke of the spring.
