Basic information

ICL is a dynamic, high technology group of companies, one of the largest IT businesses in Russia, offering a whole range of IT services. It was founded as a joint venture by Kazan Manufacturing Enterprise of Computer Systems (KME CS) and the British company International Computers Limited (ICL) at the premises of the computer factory in 1991. In the mid-20th century, the Kazan-based computer factory was the pioneer of a new branch of domestic electronic engineering — computer technology, and as its development went on it turned to be the recognized industry leader in the Soviet Union. 

ICL was a member of Fujitsu Group between 2002 and 2013, currently being its partner.
