A team of trustees and Mr. Van Malderen decide to re-enter the hygienic market by firstly obtaining HTC, a producer of hygiene products in Niznhy Novgorod, Russia. An ambitious business plan is rolled out which increases the turnover tenfold.

In order to produce the diapers a state of the art factory has been built in Hradek in the Czech Republic. First deliveries are shipped in Q4.
Five new product types are added to the product range in Russian facilities of HTC.

Because of popular demand Drylock decides to expand the range in the Hradek plant by introducing fluffless incontinence products.
Construction of another factory in the Republic of Tatarstan is started.

Facilities in HTC and Hradek rapidly grow and premium low fluff baby diaper types are added to the range.
The production capacity for incontinence products is increased.
