JSC Additive Technologies Center was established in 2018 based on holding companies of ROSTEC Aviation cluster to be the main consolidator of additive manufacturing.Its shareholders are following holding companies: United Engine Corporation (UEC), Technodinamika, Concern Radio-cum-Electronic Technologies (KRET), Russian Helicopters and United Aircraft Corporation (UAC).JSC ATC has the biggest park of industrial equipment for AM in Russia: 3D-printers, auxiliary equipment, machine tools and laboratory instruments.Together with high-professional team of engineers, technologists and designers experienced in AM implementation and use, “ATC” is able to manage wide range of tasks.We offer complete range of 3D-printing services:— Model optimization for following 3D-printing via advanced software— Technological preparation of models— SLM and DED printing technologies— Geometry control measurements, destructive and non-destructive tests— Heat treatment— Mechanical treatment of any complexityWe are able to audit your enterprise product range to select items with potential to be produced more efficiently through additive manufacturing.
