JSC "National Company "Kazakhstan Engineering" is created on the basis of the Resolution of the government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 13.03.03 No. 244 "About some questions of defense industry complex of the Republic of Kazakhstan" by inclusion in structure of the Company of the enterprises of the defensive industry and munitions factories of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan.JSC "National Company" Kazakhstan Engineering " is included into NWF of "Samruk-Kazyna" and is under control of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan. It is the holding structure providing uniform financial, production and technological policy at the largest military enterprises of the republic.The authorized capital is 21,476,802 (twenty-one billion four hundred seventy-six million eight hundred and two thousand) tenge.The total number of announced and offered shares in, including:common shares 21 476 802 shares;no privelleged shares;The nominal value of one share - 1 000 tenge.Enterprises of the national company specializing in products and services for customers representing the oil and gas, railway, agro-industrial, heat and power systems, as well as in the production and repair of weapons and military equipment.In total, the Company includes 27 enterprises located in various regions of the country.
