Joint-stock company “Plant of semiconductor devices” is a developing enterprise of the Republic of Mari El, which is part of the Rouselectronika holding, which unites more than a hundred Russian enterprises of the electronics industry.

The main market share of ceramic products in Russia is occupied by metal-ceramic special-purpose housings for integrated circuits and semiconductor devices manufactured by ZPP.
