In the period from December 15 to December 19, 2021, III Russian Film Week was held in Singapore. The event was organized by Russia-Singapore Business Council and Within the Family Nationwide program with the support of State Corporation Rostec. Films were presented at The Cathay Cineplex and at the Center for Overseas Promotion of Russian High-Tech Companies and the Presentation of investment projects in Singapore of the Russia-Singapore Business Council as a part of the “National Unity Day” celebrations. The program of the III Russian Film Week included following works: Son of a rich, My Little Sister, A Dog Named Palma, Girls Got Game, The Last Warrior: Root of Evil. All the movies are family films that make you think about the importance of family, friendship and mutual understanding. On December 15, the Opening Ceremony was held, which was attended by: Arslan Krymchurin (actor of My Little Sister); Viktor Dobronravov (actor of A Dog Named Palma); Zarina Mukhitdinova (actress of Girls Got Game); Aleksandr Samoylenko and Mariya Mironova (actors of Son of a rich); Vladimir Grammatikov (director, producer of The Last Warrior: Root of Evil). In 2019, at the Opening Ceremony of the I Russian Film Week Vladimir Grammatikov personally presented the film The Last Warrior. Nikolay Anatolyevich Volobuev, Deputy CEO of State Corporation Rostec - Chairman of the Russia-Singapore Business Council, delivered a welcoming speech at the Opening Ceremony via video recording. The Russia-Singapore Business Council (RSBC), with the support of State Corporation «Rostec» actively cooperates with leading universities of both countries, developing international cooperation in education between universities of Russia and Singapore in order to form innovative employee. Thus, the employees of JSC "UEC" are studied master's degree programs at the Nanyang Technological University of Singapore in the interests of the aviation cluster of Rostec Group. The education is aimed at professional development, obtaining theoretical knowledge and practicing skills. In 2022, it is planned to continue the education of Russian specialists at Nanyang Technology University and National University Singapore. In April 2021, the RSBC organized education in Singapore for representatives of the Russian aviation industry under the additive technologies and modern materials program prepared by specialists from Singapore universities NTU and SUTD. One of the Russian partners of the RSBC is the Moscow Aviation Institute (MAI). RSBC jointly with the representative office of Rossotrudnichestvo in Singapore with the support of State Corporation “Rostec” is holding the international competition "High-Tech Future" on the MAI platform. The competition is a interdisciplinary and includes complex tasks in mathematics, physics and the basics of aviation structure. On 17 December 2021, VI Russia-Singapore Business Dialogue was successfully held on the occasion of the 11th meeting of the High-Level Russia–Singapore Inter-Governmental Commission. In a pandemic environment, the format of the event was mixed - at the Center for Overseas Promotion of Russian High-Tech Companies and the Presentation of investment projects in Singapore and at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation in Moscow via a Russia-Singapore teleconference. The participants of the Business Dialogue discussed the issues of engineering cooperation, in particular, digital technologies, their application in aviation, medicine, finance, as well as green projects and sustainable development through new advanced technologies.
