On October 4, Moscow passed an important event of the national agro–industrial complex - the 25th Russian Agro-industrial exhibition "Golden Autumn - 2023", dedicated to the celebration of the Day of the Worker of Agriculture and Processing Industry.

This year, the event took place at the site of the Russian State Agrarian University - the Timiryazev Agricultural Academy. Representatives of the agro-industrial complex of Russia demonstrated their best achievements, including in the field of technological and scientific support, and presented the largest investment projects of the regions.

In the competition "For the successful introduction of innovations in agriculture" (nomination "Innovative developments in the field of agrobiotechnology"), an innovative biomeliorant with fertilizing properties based on Biotorf lowland peat, which was developed by employees of the Department of Microbiology and Biotechnology, received a bronze medal.
