In April, two teams of UEC-PM employees have left for Ulyanovsk. The first team changes the turbine of the aircraft engine of a military transport aircraft, and the second one serves the engines of the Volga-Dnepr, Aviastar-TU and the Ministry of Defense airlines. The engine of the special flight detachment "Russia" hasn’t stopped even for a minute.
Due to the difficult epidemiological situation in India and Cuba, specialists had to switch from direct service of motors to online communication with operators: CSD technical bureau staff is ready to advise them at any time on all issues.
Work has been also continuing at 17 Gazprom enterprises. Currently, about 40 UPZ specialists are located at Gazprom facilities in “extended mode”: the average shift at most stations has been increased from 45 to 90 days.
“We do not have the right to leave our customers without support, so we are doing our best to make engines always be in technically sound condition,” says Mikhail Kedalo, head of the customer support department of UEC-Perm Motors JSC.
